• You dont have to put leading zeros: Example for "002" put 2
• If the numbers presented are different from what is on the form. Please edit them and click [SAVE]
• If the form is upside down/side ways click [ROTATE]
• Click [SAVE] after keying the data, and wait for the next image to load
• The tally below will only update after mulitple people have reviewed the same form.
